Ask Questions

Q. Is there high-speed internet available?
A. Yes, both units are equipped with high-speed wifi from the cable modem.

Q. What time is check in?
A. Check in time is 4 p.m. You will be given a unique access security code so that you will not have any hassles or worries about obtaining a key. Check out is 9 a.m.

Q. Can I bring pets?
A. We are sorry, but we have a strict no-pet policy for both units.

Q. Is there a maximum number of people?
A. Both units sleep 6 guests and have two bathrooms. Each one has a king-sized bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Island Princess 613 has a separate guest bedroom with a queen mattress and Pelican Isle 302 has two twin bunks (both wired with separate HDTVs).

Q. Will I have to pay extra for beach service?
A. Absolutely not! We will treat you to two beach chairs and a beach umbrella (during the normal beach service season from spring through early fall). That is an expensive upcharge (surprise!) for many units and we do not want you to have that worry.

Q. What about linens?
A. You will be provided fresh sheets, bathroom towels, and kitchen hand towels. Pillows and blankets are provided as well. You will want to bring your own beach towels.

Q. What about laundry?
A. You will enjoy the convenience of having both a washer and dryer in your beach condo. You will want to bring your own laundry detergent or dryer sheets.

Q. Will we be able to cook?
A. Definitely! Each kitchen is fully stocked with generous cooking supplies and dinnerware (NOT just one scrawny old pot either!). We also provide a coffee pot, blender, toaster, and electric can opener.

Q. What is there to do inside the condo?
A. We know that you need a break from the beach sometimes. That's why each condo has a few books, an Xbox 360 console with games, puzzles, card games, cable TV, and DVD players. Island Princess 613 also is wired for Netflix in the new living room smart TV.
